Shipping Details
When you go through the checkout process you will be asked to fill out both your Billing and your Shipping Details.
Please note we ONLY ship within the Australian Mainland, and FREE Shipping Applies only to Mainland Australia.
If your CART Product Price Total exceeds $100 you will be presented with the option of FREE SHIPPING.
All other orders will be offered a flat rate for Shipping of $8.95 (per order)
We live in Rural NSW, and whilst we try to ship goods within 1-2 days, sometimes this is not possible.
Please allow 3-4 days for shipping, plus the appropriate delivery time based upon the shipping service you have selected.
Please understand that disturbances to global supply chains from Covid may result in delays shipping to some areas, sometimes
Generally all orders should be received within approximately 1 week.
If you are in Western Australia or Tasmania your cart will fail to load honey products once you have entered a valid W.A. or Tasmanian postcode, this is due to State Government Import restrictions of honey into W.A. & Tasmania
Please only select the “Pickup from Depot” option if you have Pre-Arranged this with us, it will be your responsibility to pick the order up – Contact us before selecting this.
ALL 28KG BULK pails must be picked up from depot – we are unable to ship them.
If your parcel has not arrived please look in your purchase confirmation email from us and you will find a link and tracking number for you to track your item.
If you cannot track your parcel or feel that there has been a problem with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to sort the problem our for you!
